Donations to 360 Youth Movement are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable. We will, however, correct genuine payment errors as described below.
When We Refund
- The same donation was charged more than once (duplicate payment)
- An incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error
- The amount was debited but the payment failed, in which case the bank or gateway normally reverses it automatically
How to Request
Email admin@360youth.in within 7 days of the payment with your name, amount, date and transaction reference number. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
A completed donation cannot be cancelled. If you have not completed a payment, you may simply close the payment page and no amount will be charged.
